16 year old Girl delivers a child after rape by 27 year married man.
Police arrested a 27 year old married man in Valsad district on Sunday for constantly raping a minor girl for over a year.
Prakash Dhodiya Patel resident of Valsad district used to meet the minor girl during family occasions as she is a distant relative.
The accused has been married for the last three years and is a father of 2 month old girl.
The police stated to media that the accused raped her several times over a year and threatened her to kill if she complained to any one.
Minor girl delivered a premature baby after seven months. Police case was registered after 2 months of child birth as the family members complained to the local police that the accused refused to marry her daughter.
Police arrested the accused and filed a case against the accused under rape and criminal category.
